Cliffside Hideaway is a true mountain retreat — not a cookie-cutter subdivision cabin. Access roads are steep, narrow, gravel, and can become rough depending on weather conditions. GPS may occasionally lose signal 📵, roads are not always clearly marked, and there is little to no cell service near the property.

🚨 AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly recommended, especially during rainy, snowy, or muddy conditions. Guests are encouraged to arrive before dark for the easiest navigation.

Mountain Roads

The roads leading into Peaceful Valley are rural gravel roads that wind through the mountains and along the river. They are generally well maintained, but can be narrow, steep, and curvy in places, so please drive slowly and carefully—especially at night.

Limited Cell Service

Cell phone service can be limited in parts of the valley. We recommend downloading directions before arriving and using the cabin’s Wi-Fi once you check in.

Wildlife

The area is home to deer, wild turkey, raccoons, and other native wildlife. Guests may occasionally see animals around the property, especially in the early morning or evening. Please keep food secured and avoid leaving trash outside.

Off-Road Community

Peaceful Valley has strong ties to the local off-road and adventure community. Guests may occasionally see Jeeps, side-by-sides, or adventure vehicles traveling through the area as they explore the surrounding mountains and trails.
